I lucked out with a free upgrade to the Top Floor Executive King Suite, which was a pleasant surprise considering the room size and the issues with the website description. However, the confusion with breakfast vouchers seemed to affect multiple guests, and we were all scattered across different floors, which was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a nice view of the airport. The service was above and beyond, especially during our banquet dinner. The location is convenient for reaching the airport, downtown, and various Nashville attractions, though a bit out of the way. The dining experience was good value, but some dishes arrived cold after a short period. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
